The World Traditional Hapkido Organization (W.T.H.O.) that was founded by V. Topatsis in 2004 (recognition number: 1553) has changed its name to Effective Hapkido Association (E.H.A.) (recognition number: 36050). Rank and Membership Certificates that have issued with previous/old name of Organization are still valid. Members have to contact with headquarters and receive new application forms.
